adoptables terms of services:

By purchasing an adoptable you are choosing to agree to the terms of service below.
These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

PAYMENT:
• Paypal (USD - Invoice only) or my KO-FI.
• Full payment only.
• No refunds.
• After winning the highest bid or choosing Auto buy, I’ll contact you and ask for your paypal email address to send an invoice or my ko-fi page, if you don’t reply within 24 hours, I’ll resell/contact the next highest bidder.
• After sending an invoice or the confirmation of my ko-fi page, you have to pay within 24 hours. If fail to do so, I’ll resell/contact the next highest bidder.
• After fully paid, I’ll send over the high-resolution jpg + png file (transparent background).
• For commercial use, the price will always be higher.USE:
• Personal use only.
• You can use/draw a design only after purchasing it.
• You can draw your bought design as many times as you want.
• You can add stories to the adopt.
• You can’t use the design commercially unless paid for commercial price
• You are not allow to remove my watermark.RESELLING:
• Gifting, trading and re-selling are allowed.
• Reselling must be the same price or lower, cannot be more than the original price.
• When re-selling, please let me know so I can change the status of the owner.
• Re-sold designs will not be eligible for commercial use.GENERAL:
• I can use the design as a portfolio and post the artwork on my sites.
• All orders are delivered by email.
• I retain copyright. Adopts are for personal use only.
• The only exception to this rule is if you paid off the amount for commercial use.
• Commercial Use fees do not transfer ownership of my work.
• The client has permission to publish the adopts on their websites / social networks, but they are not allowed to declare themselves as the creator of it.

DON'T DRAW:

• Furries and Mechas (for now).
• RealismFOR A COMMISSION:
• We'll discuss your commission and I'll give you an estimate of the time required and the price.
• When you pay the total or pay half (only in case the amount is above 50usd) of the commission price, I will start the sketch process.
• Wait for the sketches to be done to confirm or make changes. During this step, you can request changes to the layout of the sketches (3 changes per sketch).
• Once you approve the sketch, you will pay the second half (in case you only paid the first half) and the commission will be completed.
• Changes/adjustments after the completion of the work will result in additional charges.
• Once the lineart and color is finished, a screenshot of the work is sent to you for review of the color palette and confirmation to finalize the commission.
• You must provide an email to send the commission.
• Commission completed.TO ALL:
• If I'm not comfortable with the commission, I have the right to decline it for any reason.
• Please note my drawing style before placing your order.
• Make sure your order doesn't break Twitch's Terms of Service, and other platforms. I am not responsible if any design; like emotes, it is rejected or removed for any reason.
• You must specify in the commission request if you want something specific, such as pose, expression, background, etc.
• Making changes to a finished illustration leads to additional charges, it does not apply in case of errors made by me.
• You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered. You only provided digital files in the sizes specified in the commission price, unless otherwise specified by the client.
• All orders are delivered by email.
• I can use the art that you commission me on websites, to promote my commissions or portfolios, if you do not agree with this please let me know.PAYMENTS:
• Please do not send me any kind of payment unless I have accepted your commission.
• You will not request any chargeback from PayPal.
• Payment is in advance, please make sure you have the money before paying. Partial payments (50/50) are only accepted in case the total commission price is above 50usd.
• Prices will not be reduced for any reason.
• Full refunds are only made if I have not started with the order. In case of having started with the illustration, the refund will be partial based on what has been worked on.
• Mistakes made by the artist will be corrected free of charge.
• Depending on the complexity of the characters or details, they may require an increase in the base price of the order.USE:

• The only exception to this rule is emote and badge commissions for Twitch or other streaming platforms that are already listed as Commercial Use commission.
• Commercial Use fees do not transfer ownership of my work.
• You are not allowed to edit, copy or sell/give away the commission that has been made for you.
• I have the right to publish your completed commission on my networks, otherwise in case you don't want to, you can publish it on your networks giving me credits for it, please notify me before or at the end of the commission.
• The client has permission to publish the commission on their websites / social networks, but they are not allowed to declare themselves as the creator of it.FOR STREAMERS:
• Emotes include 4 sizes (28px, 56px, 112px and 500px) per emote.
• Subscriber Badges includes 4 sizes (18px, 36px, 72px and 500px) per emblem/badge.
• Complex designs will be simplified.
• It is not my responsibility to ensure that your emote/badge idea complies with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines of Twitch or other platform.
